Drainage in the bathroom could be better

The rooms were amazing, and really good for the families. The staff worked really hard to ensure that our family stayed close to each other

The hotel had full occupancy so it took long to allocate us rooms, the waiting times were really bad. Perhaps online check in for the hotel would be great.

The receptionist Thabole(hope I spelt it right) & Linda were exceptional.

Loom facilities limited - something to put your clothes in would really help. A phone to communicate with reservation, restaurant, calll-up phone calls and at least one comfortable chair maybe bar fridge to keep my water/cold drinks cool.

Please switch above with below. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms which was clean able to make it nice and dark to sleep. Nice shower head.

Parking is a challenge if you have a rented vehicle.

Central location, good breakfast, amazing staff.

Peaceful place, very quiet. The place is at the central of almost everything I needed.

Curtains were too transparent allowing a lot of light in. I couldn't take a nap during the day and at night light from outside would disturb me.

I only made breakfast 3 times so my answer is not atypical. Although I arrived quite late into the breakfast sitting I found the hot food to not be hot enough although there was plenty of it. The cold breakfast was great. The staff were brilliant from the cleaners to the bar staff. Special mention to Byron who was exceptional in every aspect. China was a really good laugh and Soyomo all very pleasant company. I hope I spell his name correctly but Winele was also an excellent waiter.

The dinner menu which we used at least 5 times could have been more expansive and included more veg and salads.

Although the rooms are small, they were nice, clean and comfortable. If you're just going to cape town to enjoy the tourist attractions then you won't mind sleeping in a small room. The location of the hotel is also good in terms of being in the center of town and close to the V&A mall and other convenient stores.

The main thing I'd say I didn't like is the breakfast, unfortunately. I was only able to eat simple things like corn flakes and a simple cheese sandwich with tea because the eggs, bacon, etc wasn't well cooked and not tasty at all. The other thing I would say I didn't like is the fact that there are homeless people around the hotel which is a little inconvenient in my opinion. The toilets need to be well maintained, some of them have stains in them.

The hotel is new (was opened for +- 2 weeks when I stayed there). The decor looks good. The staff go all out, all of them! The food was good. I didn’t have breakfast but had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. I would gladly stay at the hotel again.

The room size is a bit small. I sensed a bit of ‘lack of flexibility’ with regards to checking in early and checking out later, but anyway, they stored my bags for free for my early checkin and late checkout.

1. when we checked in on 11th floor the room allocated to us, when we opened the door there was paint, step ladder, and construction stuff in the room and that was not communicated to the reception staff. We had to go down all the way to the reception again. That was not a good sight. 2. when we wanted to have coffee first night when we stayed on floor 6 the coffee machine on floor did not work. So on stay two when we had the bad experience of the room first allocated to us, we wanted coffee. And then the coffee machine of floor 11 also not working. We had to walk down to floor 10. I suggest you please check out these two issues.

The location is perfect. The staff is so freindly and helpful and the interior decor looks amazing. The bus for airport is a bit useless because it all goes to the airport twice a day at set times. They're not flexible on changing the times to accomodate guests.

The room was ok for the amount i paid

I paid twice and no one has made a follow up or called me as to when they will reverse the 2nd payment. 1st payment was made on booking.com and the 2nd one I've paid at the property

Terrible service. They opened before they were ready. No phones in the room, so it’s impossible to call for service or reception or house keeping. Terrible idea!

Shuttle, coffee and tea complimentary

Same breakfast every morning and the room does not have enough space no swimming pool no phone in the room to communicate with the reception.

The hotel is brand new. Very central with walking distance to many attractions. The staff were super friendly and the actual room surpassed our expectations. Loved the additions that make this hotel "smart" - self check-in ability, chrome cast/streaming options, card reader to enable electricity in the rooms etc.

Some of the features e.g. chromecast are still being configured. It'll be great when everything is up and running

Everything! It was my first hotel experience and everyone was super nice and very helpful, plus everything provided was in tip top shape!

Brand new facilities, very clean and smart decor.

We arrived 1hour before check in time hoping to have access to our room as we had another appointment, however staff at front desk were really not helpful in that regard. Poor wifi internet connection and difficulty connecting with the hotel app.

Comfortable mastress.

Newly opened hotel located in a business area with no particukar charm. Absolute lack of organisation and professionalism. The receptionists were useless. Check-in took ages. They do not provide information about wifi and breakfast. I had to go back to the reception to get the password. I did not have breakfast there as I wasn't told it was included. As I was about to shower, one of the receptionist almost forced the door of my room to get my credit card number (for the third time). On a piece of paper, including the security number at the back. I had to protest. A few minutes later, the housemaid also tried to enter my room while I was in, locked from inside. At the bar, they proposed a complimentary glass of wine. But then they "realized" they don't have the licence for that. So I got a soft drink at my own charge. Then I asked if it was ok to smoke a cigarette on the terrace outside. They said yes and proposed to bring an ashtray but came back to me 5 minutes later because they "realized" it is a 100 % smoke-free hotel. So I had to go and finish my cigarette on the square in front of the hotel, with all the junkies around. A bit humiliating and not very safe. Last but not least, the AC was disfunctionning. It was actually on, even on off mode. It was freezing in there and as they were unable to fix the problem, I had to sleep with a hoodie on ( 3 nights). Believe me, I was just looking forward to getting out of this place ! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
